 Data analytics (and bagpiping).
 
How did RYLA help you on your journey to where you are now?
RYLA has been a source of examples in every interview I've sat since 2018, and the team experience has both set the bar for what a good team is and can achieve, and also be the guiding example for all the teams I've created and worked in since.
 
What does RYLA mean to you?
RYLA means learning and growth - it means showing up and giving it a go and helping other people do the same.
 
What would you say to someone who is thinking of applying for RYLA?
Go for it! What have you got to lose? It's a week, at worst you've met some new people, and at best you'll find direction you never knew you had.
