Young people aged 18 to 25 who live, work, volunteer or study within Rotary District 9800, or who have a connection with a Rotary Club in District 9800, are invited to apply for RYLA (for information on the suburbs and clubs in Rotary District 9800 please visit http://www.rotarydistrict9800.org.au/). 

You are asked to come to RYLA with an openness to new experiences and ideas, a willingness to learn more about yourself and a desire to make a difference in your community.

Applications for the program are accepted between July and November each year. Participants are strongly encouraged to submit their applications early. If you would like to participate, please contanct Caley or Alick and they will put you in touch with a Rotary Club in your local area.

Potential candidates can fill in the online application form by saving and then emailing or download the application form and then fax or post back to the RYLA administrator.

• If you have been in contact with a Rotary club there is provision in the application to detail this information. You will then be contacted by the club to arrange for an interview.
• If you do have a contact with any Rotary club – that is fine. Your application will go into the "pool" and you will be allocated a "host" Rotary club. You will then be contacted by this club who will ask you to visit them for an interview or you will be interviewed over the phone.

In either case you will be advised by the RYLA administrator that your application has been received and then you will be contacted by the club you originally spoke to or you will be contacted by your “host” Rotary club.

After your application has been accepted and the camp approaches you will be kept in touch with relevant information. However please note we want the camp to be a new and exciting venture for you so we will not be giving you too many details before the event.

Rotary respects your privacy, and any personal information gathered as part of the application process will be stored securely.  We will not provide your details to any other parties without your prior consent.  Any personal information requested on the form is for the sole purpose of program planning.
